F\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 verifice dac\u0103 au \u00een\u021beles corect mesajul scris pe Facebook &#8211; lucru recomandat \u00een cazul institu\u021biilor media ce se respect\u0103 &#8211; reporterii postului au prezentat o informa\u021bie tenden\u021bioas\u0103, la limita adev\u0103rului, folosind citate trunchiate \u0219i generaliz\u0103ri, ambele &#8211; procedee de manipulare.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La 11 noiembrie, cu dou\u0103 zile \u00eenainte de turul doi al alegerilor preziden\u021biale, <strong><em>Canal 3, Canal 2<\/em><\/strong> , <strong><em>Prime <\/em><\/strong>\u0219i <strong><em>Publika TV<\/em><\/strong>, posturi ce apar\u021bin aceluia\u0219i proprietar, Vlad Plahotniuc, au difuzat o \u0219tire cu un con\u021binut similar, dar cu titluri diferite: \u201e<a href=\"http:\/\/www.publika.md\/stafful-maiei-sandu-ofera-burgeri-si-cafea-pentru-voturi_2809051.html\" target=\"_blank\">Staff-ul Maiei Sandu ofer\u0103 burgeri \u0219i cafea pentru voturi<\/a>\u201d (Publika TV), \u201e<a href=\"http:\/\/www.canal3.md\/ro\/news\/burgere-contra-voturi\" target=\"_blank\">Burgeri contra voturi<\/a>\u201d (Canal 3), \u201e<a href=\"http:\/\/www.canal2.md\/news\/o-gustare-pentru-un-vot_55282.html\" target=\"_blank\">O gustare pentru un vot<\/a>\u201d (Canal 2).<\/p>\n<p>Iat\u0103 ce a stat la baza \u0219tirii:<\/p>\n<p>\u201eTu votezi, iar noi te r\u0103spl\u0103tim cu un <em>Beef Burger<\/em> delicios, GRATUIT!\u201d, aceasta este postarea f\u0103cut\u0103 pe Facebook de c\u0103tre Compania \u201eBurger Beef\u201d, care anun\u021ba astfel c\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 \u00eei stimuleze s\u0103 mearg\u0103 la alegeri pe tinerii care voteaz\u0103 pentru prima dat\u0103. \u00centreprinderea anun\u021ba c\u0103 poate oferi burgeri unui num\u0103r de 50 de tineri care vor ar\u0103ta buletinul \u00een care este aplicat\u0103 \u0219tampila \u201eVotat\u201d. Acest mesaj a fost distribuit, tot pe Facebook, de c\u0103tre unul dintre sus\u021bin\u0103torii Maiei Sandu, Dumitru Alaiba, care a scris: \u201e<em>Excelent\u0103 idee. Prieteni, proprietari \u0219i administratori de baruri \u0219i restaurante. Vre\u021bi s\u0103 ajuta\u021bi? Replica\u021bi ideea asta \u00eentr-un fel sau altul. Da\u021bi pentru o zi m\u0103car o reducere sau o cafea, sau ceva, tinerilor ce arat\u0103 \u0219tampila c\u0103 au votat. NU neap\u0103rat prima dat\u0103, ca \u00een exemplul de fa\u021b\u0103. Chiar \u0219i din cei cu v\u00e2rsta de 30 de ani mul\u021bi nu voteaz\u0103, dar precis merg la cafenea&#8230; Asta s-ar putea s\u0103 poat\u0103 convinge tinerii mai bine dec\u00e2t cinci spoturi video. Pune\u021bi um\u0103rul fiecare cum poate<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ulterior, \u0219i sociologul Doru Petru\u021bi a distribuit postarea Burger Beef, doar c\u0103 el a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/petruti.doru?fref=ts\">criticat<\/a> ac\u021biunea. \u201eS\u0103 \u00eei felicita\u021bi \u0219i pe cei din societatea civil\u0103 care dau LIKE la un asemenea gunoi! Adic\u0103, 100 de lei da\u021bi unui b\u0103tr\u00e2n pentru un vot merit\u0103 sute de pagini de rapoarte \u0219i sesiz\u0103ri \u0219i conferin\u021be &#8230; dar s\u0103 pune\u021bi un pre\u021b de 50 de lei pe votul unui t\u00e2n\u0103r este OK?\u201d, este un fragment din postarea lui Petru\u021bi&#8230; Cele trei mesaje &#8211; al Companiei \u201eBurger Beef\u201d, al lui Dumitru Alaiba \u0219i al lui Doru Petru\u021bi &#8211; au fost folosite drept <strong>fapte<\/strong> pentru realizarea \u0219tirii, afirma\u021biile false \u00eencep\u00e2nd chiar din titlu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eStaff-ul\u2026\u201d &#8211; un sus\u021bin\u0103tor care nu a f\u0103cut niciodat\u0103 parte din echipa Maiei Sandu \u0219i nu a participat la \u00eentruniri electorale ca reprezentant al candidatei nu reprezint\u0103 staff-ul. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/photo.php?fbid=10157818885400061&amp;set=a.10150859672330061.748341.776935060&amp;type=3&amp;theater\" target=\"_blank\">\u00censu\u0219i Alaiba a dezmin\u021bit acest lucru pe Facebook<\/a>. Deci, titlul con\u021bine un<strong> fals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eStaff-ul ofer\u0103\u201d &#8211; faptul c\u0103 un sus\u021bin\u0103tor are o opinie favorabil\u0103 despre o ini\u021biativ\u0103 de a \u00eencuraja participarea la vot nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 \u201eofer\u0103\u201d. Este al doilea <strong>fals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eEste noua g\u0103selni\u021b\u0103 a staff-ului candidatului Maia Sandu, promovat\u0103 pe re\u021belele de socializare de c\u0103tre <em>consilierii<\/em> acesteia\u201d &#8211; a\u0219a cum am v\u0103zut mai sus, Alaiba nu este \u0219i nu a fost consilier al Maiei Sandu \u0219i\u2026 este singurul pomenit \u00een \u0219tire, respectiv, este unul, nu sunt mai mul\u021bi. Autorii <strong>au<\/strong> <strong>generalizat<\/strong> \u0219i au folosit \u0219i aici o informa\u021bie <strong>fals\u0103<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201e<em>Printre activi\u0219ti se num\u0103r\u0103 Dumitru Alaiba, cel care l-a consiliat \u0219i pe fostul \u0219ef de partid al Maiei Sandu, Vlad Filat, condamnat pentru abuz \u00een serviciu \u0219i corup\u021bie<\/em>\u201d &#8211; aceast\u0103 fraz\u0103, care urmeaz\u0103 imediat dup\u0103 cea despre consilieri, con\u021bine o contradic\u021bie: Alaiba este prezentat ca fost consilier al lui Vlad Filat \u0219i nu al Maiei Sandu. Alaiba a dezmin\u021bit \u0219i afirma\u021bia c\u0103 ar fi fost consilierul lui Filat. Utilizarea acestui fals a ajutat la folosirea altei tehnici de manipulare &#8211; transferul de imagine negativ\u0103: de la Filat, \u201econdamnat pentru abuz \u00een serviciu \u0219i corup\u021bie\u201d, la Maia Sandu \u0219i sus\u021bin\u0103torii s\u0103i.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eG\u0103selni\u021ba de marketing politic a fost \u00eens\u0103 f\u0103cut\u0103 praf de sociologi, care consider\u0103 c\u0103 este vorba despre o banal\u0103 mituire a aleg\u0103torilor\u201d &#8211; <strong>generalizarea<\/strong> \u201esociologi\u201d nu se confirm\u0103; \u201esociologii\u201d au fost unul &#8211; Doru Petru\u021bi, care \u00eentr-adev\u0103r a criticat ini\u021biativa.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru o \u0219tire documentat\u0103 \u0219i echidistant\u0103, mesajele \u00een baza c\u0103rora jurnali\u0219tii de la cele dou\u0103 posturi au formulat acuza\u021bii serioase &#8211; de mituire a aleg\u0103torilor &#8211; la adresa unui concurent electoral ar fi trebuit verificate direct la surs\u0103. Reporterii, \u00eens\u0103, nu au contactat direct sursele, pentru a se asigura c\u0103 mesajele lor au fost \u00een\u021belese corect.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen consecin\u021b\u0103, modul de formulare, limbajul \u0219tirii, generalizarea, asocierea inoportun\u0103 \u0219i fals\u0103 a numelui lui Vlad Filat cu cel al unui sus\u021bin\u0103tor al Maiei Sandu arat\u0103 clar inten\u021bia <strong><em>Publika TV, Prime, Canal 2<\/em><\/strong> \u0219i <strong><em>Canal 3<\/em><\/strong> de a \u00eentocmi \u0219i difuza o \u0219tire \u00eendreptat\u0103 contra unui concurent electoral, \u00een detrimentul inform\u0103rii corecte \u0219i echidistante a publicului.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong><em>Viorica Zaharia, expert\u0103 media <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>_____________<\/p>\n<p><em>Studiul de caz a fost realizat \u00een cadrul proiectului \u201dMonitorizarea mass-media \u00een campania electoral\u0103 2016\u201d.
