Asta scria, la \u00eenceputul anilor 2000, jurnalistul \u0219i scriitorul Radu Herjeu \u00een cartea sa \u201eTehnici de propagand\u0103, manipulare \u0219i persuasiune \u00een televiziune\u201d<sup>1<\/sup>. Tot acolo jurnalistul men\u021biona c\u0103 \u201etoate centrele de putere de azi se bazeaz\u0103 pe mass-media \u0219i toate folosesc manipul\u0103ri \u0219i simul\u0103ri senzoriale, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu intrigi, retoric\u0103 \u0219i performan\u021be, pentru a-i vinde publicului produse, candida\u021bi \u0219i idei\u2026\u201d. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Radu Herjeu, bine\u00een\u021beles, se referea la realit\u0103\u021bile din Rom\u00e2nia de acum vreo 15 ani. Constat\u0103rile lui descriu \u00eens\u0103 perfect situa\u021bia actual\u0103 din Republica Moldova. Cea mai mare parte a televizi<a href=\"https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Foto-1.png\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4302\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-4302\" src=\"https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Foto-1.png\" alt=\"Foto 1\" width=\"378\" height=\"161\" srcset=\"https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Foto-1.png 527w, https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Foto-1-350x149.png 350w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 378px) 100vw, 378px\" \/><\/a>unilor noastre nu informeaz\u0103, ci\u2026 lupt\u0103. Lupt\u0103 cu persoane reale, dar transformate la TV \u00een fiin\u021be neverosimile, pozitive sau negative. Lupt\u0103 \u00eentre ele, demasc\u00e2ndu-\u0219i una alteia minciunile. Lupt\u0103 cu spectatorii, peste care vars\u0103 valuri de informa\u021bii toxice, pe care \u00eei z\u0103p\u0103cesc \u0219i \u00eei bag\u0103 \u00een confuzii, \u00een loc s\u0103 \u00eei ajute s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 realitatea. Ca mijloace sunt bune toate: text, imagini, intona\u021bie, muzic\u0103\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Imaginile \u201esugestive\u201d care ne creeaz\u0103 asocierile \u201ecuvenite\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A\u0219a se face c\u0103 la o televiziune \u00eel vedem (de parc\u0103 etichet\u0103rile verbale nu ar fi suficiente) pe Vlad Plahotniuc mai tot timpul, indiferent de con\u021binutul \u0219tirii, cu o grimas\u0103\/str\u00e2mb\u0103tur\u0103 inestetic\u0103, surprins\u0103 c\u00e2ndva de un cameraman (foto 1), iar la alte posturi TV &#8211; ce-i drept, mai multe, datorit\u0103 faptului c\u0103 au acela\u0219i proprietar &#8211; g\u0103sim \u00een \u00eencadraturi similare alte personaje. Astfel, pe toat\u0103 durata procesului de judecat\u0103 a lui Vlad Filat (lunile ianuarie-iunie 2016), la aceste televiziuni fostul premier aproape c\u0103 nu a ap\u0103rut altfel, dec\u00e2t cu fa\u021ba schimonosit\u0103 (foto 2) de o <a href=\"https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Foto-2.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4303\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-4303\" src=\"https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Foto-2.jpg\" alt=\"Foto 2\" width=\"359\" height=\"203\" \/><\/a>expresie de nedumerire \u0219i de \u00eencurc\u0103tur\u0103 (foto 3)&#8230; Iar Andrei N\u0103stase, de regul\u0103, este ar\u0103tat al\u0103turi de un cordon de poli\u021bi\u0219ti sau\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 al\u0103turi de omul de afaceri Victor \u021aopa, care la fel, nu scap\u0103 de etichet\u0103ri: \u201econdamnat\u201d, \u201eoligarh\u201d, \u201einterlop fugar\u201d, iar mai nou &#8211; \u201emafiot\u201d (foto 4).<\/p>\n<p>De ce textele, chiar \u0219i cele care transmit informa\u021bii neutre, sunt \u00eenso\u021bite \u00een permanen\u021b\u0103 de astfel de imagini mai mult dec\u00e2t \u201esugestive\u201d? Explica\u021bia se afl\u0103 la suprafa\u021b\u0103, dar \u0219i \u00een manualele de jurnalism. Vorba e\u00a0 c\u0103 oamenii judec\u0103 dup\u0103 aparen\u021be, iar imaginile sunt considerate o dovad\u0103 de net\u0103g\u0103duit: \u201eAm v\u0103zut cu ochii mei!..\u201d. Iar repetarea unui tip anume de imagini creeaz\u0103 \u00een mintea omului asocierile \u201ecuvenite\u201d, \u0219i anume: <a href=\"https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Foto-3.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4304\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-4304\" src=\"https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Foto-3.jpg\" alt=\"Foto 3\" width=\"366\" height=\"205\" srcset=\"https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Foto-3.jpg 640w, https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Foto-3-350x196.jpg 350w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 366px) 100vw, 366px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Posturile de televiziune care \u00eel prezint\u0103 pe Vlad Plahotniuc cu o grimas\u0103 ce transmite, mai degrab\u0103, o atitudine de b\u0103taie de joc \u00ee\u0219i doresc ca telespectatorii s\u0103-l perceap\u0103 tocmai ca pe un <strong><em>personaj negativ, dominat \u00een permanen\u021b\u0103 de o atitudine de sarcasm, cinism, urm\u00e2ndu-\u0219i interesele \u00een detrimentul altora. <\/em><\/strong>Combinat cu texte negative, acest procedeu are un efect aproape garantat;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Televiziunile care nu dau imagini \u201eproaspete\u201d cu Vlad Filat de la procesul de judecat\u0103 (oamenii \u00eel pot percepe ca victim\u0103 a sistemului \u0219i \u00eel pot comp\u0103timi, iar comp\u0103timirea este sor\u0103 cu simpatia), public\u0103 fotografiile acestuia cu grimase, pentru a-i crea o imagine de <strong><em>politician aflat \u00een \u00eencurc\u0103tur\u0103, compromis, f\u0103r\u0103 p\u00e2rghiile de control de alt\u0103 dat\u0103, developat ca persoan\u0103 slab\u0103 etc<\/em><\/strong>..<a href=\"https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Foto-4.png\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4305\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-4305\" src=\"https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Foto-4.png\" alt=\"Foto 4\" width=\"362\" height=\"208\" srcset=\"https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Foto-4.png 486w, https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Foto-4-350x201.png 350w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 362px) 100vw, 362px\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Andrei N\u0103stase are \u0219i el un \u201eportofoliu\u201d de imagini speciale la c\u00e2teva posturi TV. Dincolo de faptul c\u0103 numele s\u0103u este pronun\u021bat \u00een permanen\u021b\u0103 \u201e\u00een tandem\u201d cu cel al omului de afaceri Victor \u021aopa, liderul Partidului \u201ePlatforma Demnitate \u015fi Adev\u0103r\u201d apare \u00een imagini printre protestatari, dar, aten\u021bie!, doar din zona alterca\u021biilor cu poli\u021bi\u0219tii. Uneori, c\u00e2nd textul care trebuie acoperit este mai mare, sunt difuzate \u0219i imagini video f\u0103r\u0103 Andrei N\u0103stase \u00een cadru, dar cu <a href=\"http:\/\/www.publika.md\/vila-de-lux-secreta-a-lui-victor-topa-locul-unde-a-fost-creata-platforma-da-video_2699691.html\" target=\"_blank\">protestatarii care se \u00eembr\u00e2ncesc cu poli\u021bia<\/a>. Plasarea acestor imagini &#8211; \u00een condi\u021biile \u00een care incidentele cu poli\u021bia sunt detalii minore de la proteste, esen\u021ba fiind manifesta\u021biile pa\u0219nice cu zeci de mii de oameni &#8211; e deliberat\u0103. S-a dorit transmiterea \u0219i, prin repetare, inocularea ideii de <strong><em>violen\u021b\u0103 \u0219i haos,<\/em><\/strong> \u0219i asocierea acestor no\u021biuni cu personajul Andrei N\u0103stase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00cen consecin\u021b\u0103, chiar \u0219i o persoan\u0103 care, ipotetic vorbind, prive\u0219te televizorul f\u0103r\u0103 semnal sonor, \u00een\u021belege c\u0103 este vorba despre personaje indezirabile cuiva \u0219i r\u0103m\u00e2ne cu impresia c\u0103 Vlad Plahotniuc este un cinic \u0219i un profitor, c\u0103 Vlad Filat este un politician confuz \u0219i dec\u0103zut, iar Andrei N\u0103stase este un instigator la violen\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Procedee tehnice, pe post de \u201etrucuri\u201d eficiente<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Chiar dac\u0103, a\u0219a cum o arat\u0103 \u0219i monitoriz\u0103rile, televiziunile autohtone manipuleaz\u0103 mai mult prin text \u0219i prin selectarea informa\u021biei, dec\u00e2t prin secven\u021bele video, putem identifica totu\u0219i c\u00e2teva elemente de manipulare prin imagini, unele corespunz\u00e2nd tehnicilor descrise de Radu Herjeu, care explic\u0103 \u00een ce mod imaginile TV pot fi filmate \u0219i montate astfel, \u00eenc\u00e2t fie s\u0103 dramatizeze situa\u021bia p\u00e2n\u0103 la extrem\u0103, fie s\u0103 ascund\u0103 elemente informative importante pentru telespectator, \u00een detrimentul esen\u021bei (chiar dac\u0103 arat\u0103 aceste elemente la televizor), fie s\u0103 exagereze valoarea sau importan\u021ba unui fapt sau ale unei persoane. Ne vom opri la dou\u0103 dintre ele, pe care le putem observa lesne \u00eentr-o produc\u021bie video realizat\u0103 de <a href=\"http:\/\/today.md\/ro\/news\/politic\/10585\/COMISARUL-9-%7C-Asfalt-de-Mallorca-Vila-de-lux-secret%C4%83-unde-a-fost-creat%C4%83-Platforma-DA-(VIDEO).htm\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><em>Today.md<\/em><\/strong><\/a> \u0219i plasat\u0103 ulterior pe <a href=\"http:\/\/www.publika.md\/vila-de-lux-secreta-a-lui-victor-topa-locul-unde-a-fost-creata-platforma-da-video_2699691.html\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><em>Publika.md<\/em><\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Folosirea \u00eencetinitorului<\/strong>, tehnic\u0103 \u00eent\u00e2lnit\u0103 de regul\u0103 la accentuarea dramatismului unei situa\u021bii, a fost aplicat\u0103 nu pentru a ajuta telespectatorul s\u0103 vad\u0103 mai bine ceva greu de deslu\u0219it, ci pentru a da greutate unor acuza\u021bii la adresa lui Vlad Filat. \u201e<em>Casa de lux de pe prima linie a coastei din Santa Ponca i-a servit \u0219i lui Filat drept ad\u0103post \u0219i, cum am mai zis, pentru mul\u021bi al\u021bi politicieni moldoveni, nu de alta, dar aceast\u0103 vil\u0103 este, sau cel pu\u021bin p\u00e2n\u0103 am g\u0103sit-o noi, un fel de leag\u0103n al revolu\u021biilor \u0219i atacurilor raider de la Chi\u0219in\u0103u<\/em>\u201d &#8211; o parte din acest text a fost citit\u0103 pe fundalul unor imagini video difuzate cu \u00eencetinitorul (la ralanti), \u00een care apare Vlad Filat \u00een plan mediu, merg\u00e2nd, z\u00e2mbind \u0219i uit\u00e2ndu-se la ceas, parc\u0103 sfid\u00e2nd pe cineva. O alt\u0103 parte, \u201eun fel de leag\u0103n al revolu\u021biilor\u201d, a fost acoperit\u0103 cu imagini \u00een care se v\u0103d c\u00e2\u021biva protestatari (nu e clar\u0103 loca\u021bia) \u00eentr-o busculad\u0103 cu un cordon de poli\u021bi\u0219ti. Iar la sintagma \u201eatacuri raider de la Chi\u0219in\u0103u\u201d a fost plasat\u0103 o imagine \u00een care, \u00een <strong>gros-plan<\/strong>, sunt Vlad Filat \u0219i Veaceslav Platon discut\u00e2nd ceva la ureche. \u201e<em>Gros-planul se folose\u0219te, \u00een special, pentru a \u00eent\u0103ri sau pentru a contrazice o\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Foto-5.png\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4306\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-4306\" src=\"https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Foto-5.png\" alt=\"Foto 5\" width=\"351\" height=\"207\" srcset=\"https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Foto-5.png 480w, https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Foto-5-350x206.png 350w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 351px) 100vw, 351px\" \/><\/a>afirma\u021bie f\u0103cut\u0103 de subiectul uman sau pentru a confirma sau nu afirma\u021bia despre un obiect sau alt\u0103 persoan\u0103<\/em>\u201d, explic\u0103 Radu Herjeu \u00een cartea sa. Astfel, efectul ob\u021binut aici va fi urm\u0103torul: cuvintele \u201etari\u201d rostite de reporter &#8211; \u201erevolu\u021bie\u201d, \u201eraider\u201d -, chiar dac\u0103 nu sunt \u00eenso\u021bite de niciun argument, vor r\u0103m\u00e2ne asociate \u00een mintea celor care privesc cu violen\u021bele \u0219i, respectiv, cu persoanele concrete, Filat \u0219i Platon (foto 5).<\/p>\n<p>Difuzarea imaginilor cu \u00eencetinitorul a fost utilizat\u0103 \u0219i \u00een \u0219tirea \u201e<a href=\"http:\/\/www.publika.md\/noua-televiziuni-si-trei-posturi-de-radio-sanctionate-de-cca-protv-nu-stie-cine-ii-este-proprietarul_2451691.html\" target=\"_blank\">Nou\u0103 televiziuni \u0219i trei posturi de radio, sanc\u021bionate de CCA. PRO TV nu \u0219tie cine \u00eei este proprietarul<\/a>\u201d de la <strong><em>Publika TV<\/em><\/strong>. \u201e<em>Anterior, unul dintre cofondatori, Valeriu Saharneanu, a declarat c\u0103 aceste posturi (\u201eVocea Basarabiei\u201d, TV \u0219i radio &#8211; n. n.) au fost preluate abuziv de c\u0103tre liberal-democratul Vlad Filat<\/em>\u201d &#8211; iar pe fundal sunt difuzate imagini la ralanti cu Filat condus de masca\u021bi \u00een sala de judecat\u0103. S-a urm\u0103rit transmiterea \u0219i accentuarea ideii c\u0103 dou\u0103 posturi care nu \u0219i-au f\u0103cut public\u0103 informa\u021bia despre proprietar au fost implicate \u00eentr-un scandal \u0219i apar\u021bin unui politician ce are probleme cu legea (foto 6). <a href=\"https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Foto-6.png\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4307\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-4307\" src=\"https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Foto-6.png\" alt=\"Foto 6\" width=\"370\" height=\"208\" srcset=\"https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Foto-6.png 477w, https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Foto-6-350x197.png 350w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 370px) 100vw, 370px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Am adus doar c\u00e2teva exemple \u00een care anumite \u201etrucuri\u201d au fost utilizate pentru a influen\u021ba telespectatorii \u00een interesul celui care difuzeaz\u0103. Nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 nu avem elemente de manipulare prin imagini \u0219i \u00een alte produc\u021bii &#8211; reportaje sociale, relat\u0103ri despre catastrofe sau accidente. Colajele din fotografii suprapuse pe muzica strident\u0103, folosite de unele posturi TV la \u00eenceputul \u0219tirilor despre accidente sau calamit\u0103\u021bi naturale &#8211; unde vedem s\u00e2nge, buc\u0103\u021bi de obiecte, juc\u0103rii, ruine, oameni pl\u00e2ng\u00e2nd &#8211; sunt tehnici de manipulare emo\u021bional\u0103 prin imagini \u0219i sunet, av\u00e2nd ca scop s\u0103 accentueze (uneori s\u0103 exagereze) tragismul situa\u021biei.
