{"id":3012,"date":"2016-03-11T10:39:11","date_gmt":"2016-03-11T10:39:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mediacritica.md\/?p=3012"},"modified":"2016-05-12T09:15:24","modified_gmt":"2016-05-12T09:15:24","slug":"sondaj-cji-56-din-consumatorii-de-presa-sunt-nemultumiti-de-lipsa-de-responsabilitate-mass-media","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/ro\/sondaj-cji-56-din-consumatorii-de-presa-sunt-nemultumiti-de-lipsa-de-responsabilitate-mass-media\/","title":{"rendered":"Sondaj CJI: 56% din consumatorii de pres\u0103 sunt nemul\u0163umi\u0163i de lipsa de responsabilitate a mass-media"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dezbaterile politice televizate, jurnalele de \u015ftiri TV \u015fi mediul online sunt cele mai afectate de fenomenul manipul\u0103rii &#8211; acestea sunt doar c\u00e2teva din concluziile sondajului <a href=\"https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Raport_CJI_0116__raport_narativ.pdf\">\u201ePercep\u0163ia popula\u0163iei privind informa\u0163iile false \u015fi distorsionate din mass-media\u201d<\/a> realizat de IMAS \u00een perioada 27 ianuarie &#8211; 1 februarie 2016, la comanda Centrului pentru Jurnalism Independent. \u00cen acela\u015fi timp, sondajul arat\u0103 c\u0103 51 la sut\u0103 din responden\u021bi consider\u0103 c\u0103 ar putea \u00een\u021belege c\u00e2nd un material din mass-media este manipulator sau propagandistic, \u00een timp ce 47% se simt mai degrab\u0103 nepreg\u0103ti\u0163i s\u0103 fac\u0103 fa\u0163\u0103 acestui fenomen.<\/p>\n<p>Potrivit cercet\u0103rii, televiziunea r\u0103m\u00e2ne sursa de informare dominant\u0103 \u00een Republica Moldova, fiind \u0219i principala surs\u0103 de manipulare. Pentru 46%, respectiv 44% din responden\u021bi, dezbaterile politice televizate \u0219i jurnalele de \u015ftiri TV sunt dou\u0103 tipuri de programe \u00een care pot fi g\u0103site informa\u0163ii false \u00een mare \u015fi foarte mare m\u0103sur\u0103 Urm\u0103torul \u00een clasament se situeaz\u0103 mediul online (Internetul &#8211; 29%, site-urile de socializare &#8211; 26%, bloggurile &#8211; 24%) care \u00eenregistreaz\u0103, de asemenea, ponderi importante \u00een privin\u0163a percep\u0163iei informa\u0163iei false cu tematic\u0103 socio-politic\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Modalitatea de manipulare, perceput\u0103 ca fiind cel mai des utilizat\u0103 de institu\u0163iile media, este \u201eselec\u0163ia subiectelor\u201d care convin patronului institu\u0163iei: 32% afirm\u0103 c\u0103 asta are loc (aproape) \u00eentotdeauna \u015fi al\u0163i 37% &#8211; deseori. La fel, 68 la sut\u0103 dintre consumatorii de \u015ftiri socio-politice au impresia c\u0103 acestea sunt f\u0103cute mai mult pentru a crea imaginea unui politician sau unei persoane publice. Titlurile de senza\u0163ie, \u201escoaterea din context\u201d, utilizarea manipulatorie a opiniilor unui expert, \u201eminciuna prin omisiune\u201d sunt alte c\u00e2teva tehnici de manipulare percepute de responden\u0163i.<\/p>\n<p>Circa 3\/4 dintre participan\u0163ii la sondaj au declarat c\u0103 \u0219tiu ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 manipulare, dar cifra scade propor\u0163ional cu \u00eenaintarea \u00een v\u00e2rst\u0103 a responden\u0163ilor sau cu nivelul mai sc\u0103zut de educa\u0163ie. Acela\u015fi lucru este valabil \u015fi pentru persoanele care nu au un loc de munc\u0103 \u015fi petrec mai mult timp acas\u0103. Dintre responden\u0163ii care spun c\u0103 sunt la curent cu termenul de manipulare, cel mai des se simt manipula\u0163i de c\u0103tre dou\u0103 entit\u0103\u0163i de referin\u0163\u0103 asociate cu fenomenul manipul\u0103rii: politicieni (19% &#8211; \u00eentotdeauna, iar al\u0163i 23% afirm\u0103 c\u0103 deseori sunt manipula\u0163i de c\u0103tre politicieni) \u015fi mass-media cu 10%, respectiv 23% \u00eenregistrate la cele dou\u0103 r\u0103spunsuri de mai sus.<\/p>\n<p>Doar 8% din persoanele intervievate au afirmat c\u0103 presa din Republica Moldova se comport\u0103 \u00een foarte mare m\u0103sur\u0103 responsabil fa\u0163\u0103 de public;
