Totu\u0219i, \u021bara noastr\u0103 nu are ast\u0103zi o politic\u0103 public\u0103, un concept \u0219i o viziune na\u021bional\u0103 care s\u0103 vizeze \u00een mod special zona de alfabetizare media \u0219i nu exist\u0103 nicio institu\u021bie sau autoritate special desemnat\u0103 care s\u0103 o supravegheze ca parte a misiunii sale, potrivit <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1vE5CwvBCDY4M0qLera6W9nqUbNpF8XEC\/view\">Studiului privind evaluarea competen\u021belor media \u0219i nivelul de alfabetizare mediatic\u0103 \u00een r\u00e2ndul tinerilor din Republica Moldova<\/a>, realizat de Centrul pentru dezvoltare educa\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i comunitar\u0103 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.centruleducational.md\/\">(CDEC)<\/a> \u0219i lansat miercuri, 13 aprilie la Chi\u0219in\u0103u.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Scopul de baz\u0103 al studiului s-a axat pe evaluarea competen\u021belor media \u0219i nivelul de alfabetizare mediatic\u0103 \u00een r\u00e2ndul tinerilor din Republica Moldova pentru perioada anilor 2021-2022. \u00cen acest sens, studiul a estimat \u00een ce m\u0103sur\u0103 \u015fi cum tinerii acceseaz\u0103 informa\u021bia, cum percep impactul \u0219tirilor \u0219i cum sunt afecta\u021bi de fenomenul fake-news.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen cadrul cercet\u0103rii au fost organizate patru focus grupuri, formate din tineri din mediul urban \u0219i rural, cu v\u00e2rsta cuprins\u0103 \u00eentre 20-34 de ani, precum \u015fi exper\u021bi. Totodat\u0103, \u00een baza unui chestionar elaborat de c\u0103tre autorii studiului, a fost realizat un sondaj na\u021bional, la care au participat 1.533 de responden\u021bi din r\u00e2ndul tinerilor, cu v\u00e2rsta de 18 ani \u0219i mai mult. Datele au fost colectate \u00een perioada 20 februarie &#8211; 25 martie 2022.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La \u00eentrebarea din ce surse se informeaz\u0103 \u015fi c\u00e2t de credibile sunt acestea, majoritatea tinerilor au r\u0103spuns c\u0103, de obicei, se informeaz\u0103 de pe re\u021belele de socializare. Circa 70% din ei acceseaz\u0103 zilnic re\u021belele sociale, iar 84% folosesc un smartphone pentru a intra \u00een spa\u021biul online. \u00cen medie, tinerii stau pe Internet \u0219ase ore pe zi. Participan\u021bii la sondaj \u0219i la focus grupuri au recunoscut c\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 aib\u0103 competen\u021be media \u0219i au subliniat importan\u021ba educa\u021biei media.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Studiul noteaz\u0103 c\u0103, din 2018, \u00een licee a fost introdus\u0103 disciplina op\u021bional\u0103 Educa\u0163ie pentru media, cu suportul Centrului pentru Jurnalism Independent din Moldova.\u00a0 Astfel, 61% din cei chestiona\u021bi consider\u0103 c\u0103 disciplina poate s\u0103-i protejeze de fenomene precum manipularea, propaganda \u015fi dezinformarea media. Circa 84% dintre participan\u021bii la sondaj au fost de acord cu afirma\u021bia c\u0103 pentru tineri \u201eeste important s\u0103 poat\u0103 deosebi \u0219tirile care au scop de manipulare sau dezinformare \u00een societate\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u021aara noastr\u0103 nu face parte,\u00a0 deocamdat\u0103, din\u00a0 clasamentul Media Literacy Index, unde procesul de alfabetizare media este mult mai avansat, dar ar putea beneficia de experien\u021ba celor 35 de state incluse \u00een acest top. Anul trecut, de exemplu, Finlanda de\u021binea locul 1, cu 78 de puncte, urmat\u0103 de Danemarca (73 puncte), Estonia (72 puncte), Suedia (72 puncte) \u0219i Irlanda (70 puncte). Un grad mai mare de alfabetizare media, sus\u021bin autoarele studiului, ar putea contribui \u201ela cre\u0219terea personal\u0103 \u0219i dezvoltarea social\u0103 a tinerilor, i-ar \u00eencuraja s\u0103 foloseasc\u0103 instrumentele multimedia \u00een mod creativ \u0219i i-ar ajut\u0103 s\u0103 critice ceea ce v\u0103d \u00een presa scris\u0103 sau online, \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u00e2ndu-i s\u0103 fac\u0103 distinc\u021bia \u00eentre realitate \u0219i falsuri\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eRepublica Moldova nu are o politic\u0103 public\u0103, un concept \u0219i o viziune na\u021bional\u0103 care s\u0103 vizeze \u00een mod special zona de alfabetizare media \u0219i nu exist\u0103 nicio institu\u021bie sau autoritate special desemnat\u0103 care s\u0103 o supravegheze ca parte a misiunii sale\u201d, constat\u0103 studiul. Printre recomand\u0103rile pe care le fac autoarele se reg\u0103se\u0219te \u0219i ideea cre\u0103rii unui concept sau strategii na\u021bionale de alfabetizare media ca document separat. Acesta ar trebui s\u0103 identifice domeniile prioritare de interven\u021bie \u0219i rolurile intersectoriale \u0219i distribuirea responsabilit\u0103\u021bilor \u00eentre Guvern, Parlament, societatea civil\u0103, sectorul media \u0219i comunitatea donatorilor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alte recomand\u0103ri propuse de autoarele studii ar fi evaluarea, o dat\u0103 la doi ani, a alfabetiz\u0103rii media la nivel na\u021bional \u0219i includerea Republicii Moldova printre \u021b\u0103rile care sunt evaluate prin indici relevan\u021bi la nivel mondial, cum ar fi indicele de alfabetizare media (Media Literacy Index). Iar \u00een urma acestei evalu\u0103ri periodice s\u0103 fie ajustat\u0103 \u015fi \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bit\u0103 curricula \u0219colar\u0103 Educa\u021bia pentru media, pentru a dezvolta noi competen\u021be pe fundalul avans\u0103rii tehnologiilor digitale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Potrivit autoarelor studiului, cursurile de competen\u021be media ar trebui s\u0103 fie considerate o prioritate \u0219i s\u0103 fie incluse \u00een programa educa\u021bional\u0103 pentru gr\u0103dini\u021be \u0219i programa \u0219colar\u0103 pentru clasele I-XII, precum \u0219i \u00een cadrul planurilor de studii pentru universit\u0103\u021bile din Moldova.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Studiul mai propune instituirea unei \u201elinii fierbin\u021bi\u201d la care s\u0103 poat\u0103 apela orice cet\u0103\u021bean \u00een cazul depist\u0103rii unor \u0219tiri false, dezinform\u0103ri, intoxic\u0103ri media, \u00een vederea sesiz\u0103rii despre acest fapt, dar \u0219i crearea unei platforme comune de resurse online de alfabetizare media etc.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Circa 84% dintre tineri consider\u0103 c\u0103 \u201eeste important s\u0103 poat\u0103 deosebi \u0219tirile ce au scop de manipulare sau dezinformare \u00een societate\u201d, iar 61% consider\u0103 c\u0103 disciplina Educa\u021bia pentru media, predat\u0103 \u00een \u0219coli, poate s\u0103-i protejeze de a\u0219a fenomene ca manipularea, propaganda \u015fi dezinformarea media.
