Dezbaterile au avut loc \u00een contextul lans\u0103rii studiului \u201eAbordarea exhaustiv\u0103 \u0219i avansarea alfabetiz\u0103rii media \u00een Georgia, Letonia, Moldova \u0219i Ucraina\u201d, din 10 decembrie, realizat de Centrul Baltic pentru Excelen\u021b\u0103 \u00een Media.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Centrul pentru Jurnalism Independent este partenerul CBEM \u00een acest proiect.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen cadrul conferin\u021bei, cercet\u0103toarea <\/span><strong>Solvita Denisa-Liepniece<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de la Centrul Baltic pentru Excelen\u021b\u0103 \u00een Media, coautoare a studiului, s-a referit la cele mai importante concluzii ale proiectului. \u201e\u00cen fiecare \u021bar\u0103 a \u00eenceput procesul privind introducerea programelor educa\u021bionale cu privire la alfabetizarea media. \u00cen Letonia, acest lucru se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 la nivelul de formare a competen\u021belor, dar noi consider\u0103m c\u0103 \u00een toate \u021b\u0103rile e nevoie de introdus alfabetizarea media \u00een cadrul procesului \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii formale\u201d, a declarat ea.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experta s-a referit printre altele la faptul c\u0103 resursele\u00a0 folosite p\u00e2n\u0103 acum pentru a preda educa\u021bia mediatic\u0103 \u201ese \u00eenvechesc\u201d \u00een condi\u021biile \u00een care mass-media este \u00een continu\u0103 schimbare. La capitolul riscuri au fost men\u021bionate probleme financiare cu care se ciocnesc \u021b\u0103rile respective, lipsa \u00een\u021belegerii concep\u021biilor privind educa\u021bia media, inclusiv extenuarea profesional\u0103 a persoanelor implicate \u00een acest proces \u0219i altele.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Arvils A\u0161er\u0101dens<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, pre\u0219edintele Comisiei pentru educa\u021bie, cultur\u0103 \u0219i \u0219tiin\u021b\u0103 a parlamentului leton a remarcat datele unei cercet\u0103ri care arat\u0103 schimbarea comportamentului consumatorilor de informa\u021bie. Potrivit acestuia, majoritatea tinerilor se informeaz\u0103 din mass-media digital\u0103, iar persoanele \u00een etate prefer\u0103 media \u00een format analogic. \u201eCe \u00eenseamn\u0103 asta? (&#8230;) Noi trebuie s\u0103 percepem informa\u021bia ca pe o arm\u0103 \u0219i, dac\u0103 aceasta arm\u0103 este utilizat\u0103 \u00een scopuri malefice, atunci consecin\u021bele vor fi grave\u201d, a mai spus Papuashvili.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0218efa comisiei parlamentare pentru mass-media din Republica, Moldova,\u00a0 <\/span><strong>Liliana Nicolaescu-Onofrei<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a men\u021bionat c\u0103 problemele din domeniul alfabetiz\u0103rii media necesit\u0103 o abordare comprehensiv\u0103, at\u00e2t la nivel local, c\u00e2t \u0219i interna\u021bional.\u00a0 Ea a accentuat c\u0103 una dintre problemele majore privind implementarea alfabetiz\u0103rii media este asigurarea acestui curs \u00een cadrul tuturor institu\u021biilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt din \u021bar\u0103, inclusiv \u00een r\u00e2ndul minorit\u0103\u021bilor etnice. \u201eNoi avem cet\u0103\u021beni vorbitori de rus\u0103 care sunt supu\u0219i mult propagandei \u0219i dezinform\u0103rii. Potrivit <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">studiului \u201eAbordarea exhaustiv\u0103 \u0219i avansarea alfabetiz\u0103rii media \u00een Moldova\u201d, lipsa unei strategii na\u021bionale cu privire la educa\u021bia media a popula\u021biei \u0219i num\u0103rul insuficient de profesioni\u0219ti \u00een domeniu se num\u0103r\u0103 printre principalele provoc\u0103ri \u00een cazul \u021b\u0103rii noastre.
