De\u0219i e un fenomen cu care nu ne-am ciocnit anterior, criza din S\u0103n\u0103tate nu a adus nimic nou, ci a ac\u021bionat mai degrab\u0103 ca o lup\u0103, f\u0103c\u00e2ndu-ne s\u0103 vedem mai bine anumite tendin\u021be care-\u0219i au demult locul \u00een societate: de la inechit\u0103\u021bi \u0219i probleme \u00een domenii precum educa\u021bie, s\u0103n\u0103tate, egalitate de gen, dezvoltare organiza\u021bional\u0103, p\u00e2n\u0103 la discu\u021bii despre burnout, s\u0103n\u0103tate mental\u0103, coeziune social\u0103.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toate acestea, mai mult ca niciodat\u0103, au putut fi observate pe re\u021belele sociale. \u00cen continuare vom explora c\u00e2teva aspecte prin care s-au manifestat schimb\u0103rile \u00een social media \u00een aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103: the good (cel bun), the bad (cel r\u0103u) and the ugly (cel ur\u00e2t).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The good<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Companiile \u0219i m\u0103rcile mari \u0219i-au ajustat <\/span><strong>comunicarea de brand <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; de la cea comercial\u0103, la cea de informare \u0219i suport. A se nota faptul c\u0103 a fost divulgat\u0103 identitatea primei persoane infectate cu Covid 19 pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova, ceea ce a dus la mesaje dure \u00een direc\u021bia pacientei;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Public shaming-ul<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (blamarea) persoanelor care nu respectau regimul de carantin\u0103 sau care cump\u0103rau \u00een exces. Imagini cu persoane care nu respect\u0103 regimul de izolare sau cu cozile formate \u00een magazine \u0219i co\u0219uri pline de cump\u0103r\u0103turi au fost distribuite la greu \u00een grupuri \u0219i pe re\u021bele.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Transmiterea mesajelor false<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u0219i care instig\u0103 la panic\u0103. \u00cen timpul pandemiei, mediul online a fost inundat cu falsuri ce au fost distribuite inclusiv prin re\u021belele sociale \u0219i prin serviciile de mesagerie: de la informa\u021bii despre <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/stopfals.md\/ro\/article\/fals-termometrul-non-contact-si-termoscanerul-marcheaza-oamenii-180319\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">termometrele care <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201e<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">marcheaz\u0103\u201d oamenii \u0219i tehnologia 5G<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> care ar fi provocat <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/stopfals.md\/ro\/article\/fals-tehnologia-5g-a-provocat-raspandirea-noului-coronavirus-iar-in-moldova-sunt-instalate-antene-5g-180306\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">r\u0103sp\u00e2ndirea virusului<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, la diverse sfaturi periculoase ce \u021bin de tratarea bolii. Informa\u021bii eronate despre virus \u0219i despre 5G, bun\u0103oar\u0103, au fost propagate inclusiv de influenceri (persoane cu audien\u021be mari \u0219i loiale). Acest fapt demonstreaz\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 o dat\u0103 necesitatea implic\u0103rii influencerilor \u00een eforturile de educare \u0219i informare a audien\u021belor, pentru c\u0103 de\u021bin acces la un public larg care are \u00eencredere \u00een mesajele transmise de cei pe care \u00eei urm\u0103resc.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Distan\u021barea social\u0103 nu este \u0219i distan\u021bare social media.\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Pandemia \u00een cifre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Boom-ul prezen\u021bei pe online odat\u0103 cu declan\u0219area pandemiei a fost observat de platformele relativ noi precum TikTok, care a b\u0103tut recordurile de download \u00een categoria de aplica\u021bii non-gaming, fiind a doua cea mai desc\u0103rcat\u0103 aplica\u021bie \u00een lume \u00een luna aprilie 2020, \u00eentrecut\u0103 doar de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sensortower.com\/blog\/top-apps-worldwide-april-2020-by-downloads\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zoom<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. A sporit cererea pentru platformele de streaming precum Netflix sau pentru YouTube &#8211; toate fiind o modalitate de a evada din atmosfera de panic\u0103 perpetuat\u0103 de unele media \u0219i re\u021bele sociale.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-13588 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/zoom.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"550\" height=\"335\" srcset=\"https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/zoom.jpg 928w, https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/zoom-350x213.jpg 350w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/>Conform fondatorului \u0219i directorului executiv Zoom, Eric S.
