Cum g\u0103sim echilibrul \u00eentre datoria presei de a informa \u0219i interesul publicului pentru detalii &#8211; \u0219i s-o facem astfel, \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 nu \u00eenc\u0103lc\u0103m normele etice? Aceast\u0103 dilem\u0103 nu este deloc u\u0219oar\u0103, iar cei care g\u0103sesc <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>solu<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>\u021b<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>ia au de c\u00e2<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>\u0219<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>tigat \u00een materie de reputa<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>\u021b<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>ie profesional\u0103.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen luna octombrie a.c. mai multe institu\u021bii de pres\u0103 au publicat \u0219tiri despre o t\u00e2n\u0103r\u0103 care a fost omor\u00e2t\u0103 de fosta concubin\u0103 a iubitului s\u0103u. Emisiunea \u201eVorbe\u0219te Moldova\u201d, <a href=\"https:\/\/stiri.md\/article\/social\/tanara-ucisa-si-arsa-la-rezina-ar-fi-vie-declaratiile-rudelor?fbclid=IwAR3Cgtli-jEnEM7PXfme8X6vW2Znilaln94cY18b0NmlRdWYUfLmzfZurME\">citat\u0103 de portalul \u0218tiri.md<\/a>, a mers mai departe \u00een prezentarea detaliilor crimei, mama fetei declar\u00e2nd c\u0103 \u201eam primit c\u00e2\u021biva saci de scrum, cu un singur os\u201d, \u0219i c\u0103 \u201eeste imposibil s\u0103 arzi un cadavru \u0219i s\u0103 nu r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 mai multe oase \u00eentregi\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>\u201eArmele secrete\u201d ale \u201e\u0219ocantului\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Detalii inadmisibile \u00eentr-un text jurnalistic se reg\u0103sesc \u0219i \u00eentr-un alt material &#8211; \u201e\u0218i-a ucis so\u021bia \u0219i cei trei copii, unul nen\u0103scut, pentru amant\u0103. Ce a povestit b\u0103rbatul\u201d, publicat de portalul Publika.md, pe data de 25 octombrie 2019. Articolul, preluat de la Realitatea.net, abund\u0103 \u00een detalii \u0219ocante despre un b\u0103rbat care \u0219i-a ucis familia \u0219i descrie pe pa\u0219i felul \u00een care a ac\u021bionat asasinul \u0219i cum a \u00eencercat s\u0103 \u0219tearg\u0103 urmele crimei. Texul, care pare desprins dintr-o poveste de groaz\u0103, este periculos pentru c\u0103 poate servi drept \u201einstruc\u021biune\u201d pentru al\u021bi poten\u021biali asasini.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tot la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul lunii octombrie, \u00een spa\u021biul public a ap\u0103rut informa\u021bia despre doi adolescen\u021bi care au fost b\u0103tu\u021bi crunt, \u00een chiar centrul Capitalei, de un grup de tineri \u00een stare de ebrietate. Cazul a avut o rezonan\u021b\u0103 puternic\u0103 \u00een societate, ajung\u00e2nd la majoritatea posturilor TV, dar \u0219i pe portalurile online. Fotografiile sunt \u0219i ele o \u201earm\u0103\u201d secret\u0103 a celor care exploateaz\u0103 latura senza\u021bionalului. Majoritatea dintre aceste imagini sunt preluate de pe Internet \u0219i ne prezint\u0103 cu\u021bite stropite cu s\u00e2nge, pumnale sau \u021bevi de pu\u0219c\u0103 \u00eendreptate spre cititori. Unii jurnali\u0219ti \u201euit\u0103\u201d s\u0103 men\u021bioneze c\u0103 este vorba despre imagini-simbol. Exist\u0103 \u0219i cazuri c\u00e2nd unele redac\u021bii public\u0103 imagini de la locul crimei, cum ar fi un cadavru \u00eentr-o balt\u0103 de s\u00e2nge, blur\u00e2nd doar o parte din ele.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Detaliile s\u00e2ngeroase, incompatibile cu deontologia profesional\u0103<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Totu\u0219i, echipele media ce respect\u0103 Codul deontologic al jurnalistului nu vor admite astfel de abord\u0103ri. Documentul are prevederi foarte explicite pentru cazurile \u00een care redac\u021biile au dilema ce trebuie \u0219i ce nu trebuie publicat atunci c\u00e2nd au de relatat despre o crim\u0103. Codul stipuleaz\u0103 clar c\u0103 jurnalistul nu este \u00een drept s\u0103 furnizeze publicului detalii morbide ale crimelor, accidentelor \u0219i catastrofelor naturale sau detalii privind tehnicile suicidale. Regulile se aplic\u0103 at\u00e2t textelor scrise, c\u00e2t \u0219i materialelor vizuale &#8211; fotografii, materiale video, dar \u0219i \u0219tirilor difuzate de radio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jurnali\u0219tii trebuie s\u0103 respecte \u0219i Legea cu privire la protec\u021bia copiilor \u00eempotriva impactului negativ al informa\u021biei. Documentul este \u00een vigoare din anul 2013 \u0219i con\u021bine prevederi clare despre informa\u021biile ce nu trebuie f\u0103cute publice la orele la care \u0219tirile ar putea fi urm\u0103rite \u0219i de copii. La categoria \u00a0dat\u0103 se \u00eenscriu materialele despre violen\u021b\u0103, cele care \u00eencurajeaz\u0103 agresivitatea \u0219i dispre\u021bul fa\u021b\u0103 de via\u021b\u0103, care \u00eencuviin\u021beaz\u0103 deteriorarea sau nimicirea bunurilor. La fel, este interzis\u0103 publicarea informa\u021biei cu caracter pornografic, precum \u0219i aducerea \u00een prim-plan a cadavrelor sau a corpurilor persoanelor \u00een agonie ori mutilate ca urmare a unui tratament crud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen cazul buletinelor de \u0219tiri TV, c\u00e2nd este vorba despre subiecte legate de omoruri sau de alte crime grave, redac\u021biile sunt obligate s\u0103-\u0219i avertizeze telespectatorii c\u0103 urmeaz\u0103 detalii \u0219i imagini care \u00eei pot afecta emo\u021bional. \u0218i pentru televiziuni, este obligatorie blurarea imaginilor de la locul crimei. Totodat\u0103, jurnali\u0219tii ar trebui s\u0103 \u0219tie c\u0103 pentru cititor nu este relevant de c\u00e2te ori a fost lovit\u0103 victima cu cu\u021bitul, c\u00e2\u021bi centimetri avea lama acestuia sau \u00een ce pozi\u021bie a fost g\u0103sit cadavrul la locul crimei. Detaliile s\u00e2ngeroase \u00een \u0219tiri sunt incompatibile cu deontologia profesional\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Inform\u0103m, nu facem spectacol<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ca s\u0103 nu gre\u0219im, trebuie s\u0103 ne punem mereu \u00eentrebarea \u201ede ce?\u201d am ales s\u0103 scriem despre asta. R\u0103spunsul corect ar fi: pentru a informa, nu pentru a face spectacol. Reflectarea senza\u021bional\u0103 a unei crime, oricare ar fi aceasta &#8211; omor, violen\u021b\u0103 fizic\u0103 sau sexual\u0103 &#8211; nu este niciodat\u0103 o alegere bun\u0103 din partea unei redac\u021bii. Pe termen lung, efectul s-ar putea s\u0103 fie exact invers, \u0219i anume, adul\u021bii ar putea \u00eenceta s\u0103 mai vizioneze buletinele de \u0219tiri \u00een orele de prime-time, adic\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd sunt acas\u0103 \u00eempreun\u0103 cu copiii. Astfel, \u00een loc s\u0103 m\u0103rim audien\u021ba, risc\u0103m s\u0103 pierdem din public.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Unii colegi ar putea repro\u0219a c\u0103 \u0219tirile senza\u021bionale despre crime, omoruri, accidente sunt cele mai c\u0103utate de consumatori. Nu trebuie s\u0103 uit\u0103m, \u00eens\u0103, c\u0103 media au mai multe roluri, nu doar cel de a informa.
