Potrivit aceluia\u0219i studiu, internau\u021bii folosesc re\u021belele sociale, \u00eenainte de toate, pentru a se informa \u0219i nu se adreseaz\u0103 direct<a href=\"https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-11292\" src=\"https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/1-224x350.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"224\" height=\"350\" srcset=\"https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/1-224x350.jpg 224w, https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/1.jpg 614w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 224px) 100vw, 224px\" \/><\/a> site-urilor de \u0219tiri \u00een acest scop. Iar Instagram, cu peste 600 de mii de utilizatori \u00een Republica Moldova, este re\u021beaua de socializare cu cea mai mare rat\u0103 de cre\u0219tere \u00een \u021bar\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>De ce alegem re\u021belele sociale?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Atragerea traficului pe site, a\u0219a cum o face Facebook sau Odnoklassniki, este la sigur un avantaj al utiliz\u0103rii re\u021belelor sociale. Instagram &#8211; pentru c\u0103 nu permite publicarea link-urilor active \u00een post\u0103ri (doar \u00een descrierea contului \u0219i \u00een instastories, \u0219i doar dac\u0103 acest cont a atins 10.000 de urm\u0103ritori) &#8211; nu este unealta primar\u0103 ce ar contribui la m\u0103rirea num\u0103rului de vizualiz\u0103ri ale \u0219tirilor.\u00a0De ce, a\u0219adar, am vrea s\u0103 o utiliz\u0103m?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Instagram, care este o re\u021bea social\u0103 focusat\u0103 pe con\u021binutul vizual, are un poten\u021bial mare \u00een sporirea vizibilit\u0103\u021bii brandului (pentru c\u0103 media tot branduri sunt) \u0219i \u00een descoperirea unei audien\u021be tinere, diferit\u0103 de cea care consum\u0103 informa\u021bia direct de pe site-uri sau de pe Facebook. Majoritatea utilizatorilor din Republica Moldova, pe care \u00eei g\u0103sim pe Instagram &#8211; 65,8%, mai exact &#8211; au v\u00e2rsta cuprins\u0103 \u00eentre 18 \u0219i 34 ani, iar acest segment reprezint\u0103 o audien\u021b\u0103 important\u0103 pentru mass-media. Astfel, datorit\u0103 specificului s\u0103u, Instagram este platforma perfect\u0103 pentru storytelling, pentru crearea unei leg\u0103turi mai personale cu audien\u021ba \u0219i pentru dezvoltarea vizibilit\u0103\u021bii brandului.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La momentul actual, institu\u021biile media din Republica Moldova sunt reticente sau, \u00een cel mai bun caz, ceva mai \u00eencete \u00een adoptarea acestui trend.\u00a0Se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 inclusiv ca urmare a faptului<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-11293 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/2-283x350.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"283\" height=\"350\" srcset=\"https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/2-283x350.jpg 283w, https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/2.jpg 777w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 283px) 100vw, 283px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0c\u0103 prezen\u021ba pe Instagram necesit\u0103 o metod\u0103 diferit\u0103 de afi\u0219are a informa\u021biilor, dec\u00e2t pe Facebook sau pe alte re\u021bele sociale (con\u021binutul necesit\u0103 adaptare pe partea vizual\u0103 \u0219i de format), iar aceasta \u00eenseamn\u0103 mai mult\u0103 creativitate din partea echipei \u0219i implicarea a minimum unui membru al redac\u021biei.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nu exist\u0103 date referitoare la prezen\u021ba mass-media moldovene\u0219ti pe Instagram, \u00eens\u0103 un studiu recent privind cele mai interactive pagini de media pe Facebook ne arat\u0103 c\u0103 redac\u021biile care sunt active pe Facebook (TV8, PRO TV Chi\u0219in\u0103u, emisiunea \u201ePrima Or\u0103\u201d, JurnalTV.md)\u00a0&#8211; au \u0219i o prezen\u021b\u0103 solid\u0103 pe Instagram.\u00a0Astfel, odat\u0103 ce au \u00een\u021beles necesitatea prezen\u021bei pe re\u021belele sociale, redac\u021biile se adapteaz\u0103 la noile provoc\u0103ri.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Ce \u0219i cum comunic\u0103m?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Primul pas este identificarea scopului redac\u021biei. \u00cen timp ce unele media apeleaz\u0103 la Instagram pentru a relata despre teme serioase \u0219i a publica \u0219tiri (TV8, Radio Europa Liber\u0103 sau PRO TV Chi\u0219in\u0103u), altele \u00eel prefer\u0103 pentru a crea o leg\u0103tur\u0103 mai intim\u0103 cu comunitatea, prin prezentarea membrilor echipei sau oferirea unor detalii din via\u021ba redac\u021biei &#8211; exemplul<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-11294\" src=\"https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/3-304x350.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"304\" height=\"350\" srcset=\"https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/3-304x350.jpg 304w, https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/3.jpg 835w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 304px) 100vw, 304px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Diez.md.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oricare ar fi strategia de comunicare pe Instagram, important este ca publicarea con\u021binutului s\u0103 se fa<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">c\u0103 \u00een mod regulat \u0219i s\u0103 fie caracteristic stilului sursei media.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pentru rezultate bune \u0219i de lung\u0103 durat\u0103, redac\u021bia trebuie s\u0103-\u0219i cunoasc\u0103 audien\u021ba \u0219i necesit\u0103\u021bile ei, s\u0103 \u00eencerce s\u0103 ofere ceva nou\u00a0pentru utilizatori (detalii din culise, anun\u021bul\/promovarea unor materiale\/reportaje noi, curiozit\u0103\u021bi din via\u021ba redac\u021biei, opinia cititorilor), s\u0103-\u0219i \u00eencurajeze consumatorii s\u0103 participe la identificarea istoriilor \u0219i la exprimarea p\u0103rerii referitoare la subiectele publicate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-11295 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/4-225x350.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"350\" srcset=\"https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/4-225x350.jpg 225w, https:\/\/old.mediacritica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/4.jpg 617w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a>C\u00e2teva bune practici \u0219i tactici, adoptate de mass-media din Republica Moldova:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Agora.md<\/strong> folose\u0219te op\u021biunea <em>highlights <\/em>pentru a-\u0219i familiariza publicul cu Oamenii Agora \u0219i pentru a oferi Top \u0219ase \u0219tiri ale zilei.<\/li>\n<li><strong>TV8<\/strong> a adoptat un stil vizual comun pentru post\u0103rile de pe <em>feed<\/em> \u0219i ofer\u0103 unele \u0219tiri \u00een stil Meduza &#8211; un carusel explicativ la o anumit\u0103 tem\u0103.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Diez.md<\/strong> este mai aproape de comunitatea sa prin publicarea unor cr\u00e2mpeie din via\u021ba redac\u021biei \u0219i prin crearea unei rela\u021bii cu jurnalistele \u0219i jurnali\u0219tii Diez.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Locals.md<\/strong> a ales s\u0103 ofere \u00een totalitate platforma comunit\u0103\u021bii sale, public\u00e2nd cele mai reu\u0219ite imagini cu hashtagul #localsmd.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Teren de joac\u0103 pentru<\/em><\/strong><strong><em> media<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Instagram este o platform\u0103 ideal\u0103 pentru creativitate \u0219i experimente. Dac\u0103 este folosit\u0103 \u00een mod creativ \u0219i de o manier\u0103 constant\u0103, aceasta ar putea fi o sursa de croudsourcing de subiecte sau poate facilita procesul de crowdfunding (prin angajarea mai personal\u0103 a comunit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i crearea unei leg\u0103turi mai intime cu audien\u021ba). De asemenea, ea poate genera noi formate de storytelling (prin IGTV, instastories sau caption video), poate servi drept platform\u0103 de \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219ire a unor imagini sau situa\u021bii mai deocheate de pe teren. \u00cen definitiv, ea poate, pur \u0219i simplu, s\u0103 anun\u021be noi proiecte &#8211; ca un site de \u0219tiri pentru propriul site de \u0219tiri.
